Refund and Cancellation

In such case, you should raise a return request immediately without any delay. 

To be eligible for a return, your product should be in the original condition that you have received it, unused, unworn, with all the tags, with the original invoice and in its original packing. 

The customer is required to mention for any damage to the product.

Once the returned product is received, the product shall be inspected for any damages post delivery to the client and once our inspection team is satisfied, your refund will be processed within 15 working days to your original payment method.

 

Cancellations

•Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

•After 24 hours, cancellations are not allowed, though returns are possible.

 

 

Shahjee Group.com understands that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your order. This policy outlines the cancellation process for Pashmina products specifically.

Cancellation Fees:

A cancellation fee of ₹1,000 will be applied to all cancellations of Pashmina products. This fee covers the cost associated with the issuance of a Pashmina testing certificate by SKUAST, which includes the customer’s name also. 

 

 * To cancel your Pashmina order, please contact us within 15 days of your purchase at info@shahjeegroup.com & by phone & WhatsApp at our no 8686844000.

 * You will be informed of the cancellation fee (₹1,000) at this time.

 * To proceed with the cancellation and receive a refund, you will need to make a separate payment of ₹1,000 to Shahjee Group.com. Our payment details will be provided upon confirmation of cancellation.

Refund Process:

 * Once we receive confirmation of your cancellation and separate payment of ₹1,000, we will initiate the refund process for the original purchase amount. 

 * Refunds will be processed within 15 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Important Notes:

 * This cancellation policy applies only to Pashmina products.

 * Cancellation requests received after 15 days of purchase will not be entertained.

 * The cancellation fee is non-refundable.

 * Shahjee Group.com reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
